This is a 2 day programme, with about 4 weeks beween the first and second days. It is an incredibly engageing, thought provoking course that causes a shift in mind set.
Day 1: The following areas will be explored: - Habitual (thinking, feeling and behaviour) patterns and conditioning

- How to deal with set backs
- The ability to respond to different events
- Physiology and thinking
- Managing moods

Day 2: The following areas will be explored: - The impact and importance of beliefs
- What beliefs are
- How beliefs change
- What we should take responsibility for
