Day 1 and 2
This part of the programme will focus on Self Awareness and Self Management
The following areas will be explored:
- What is EI -- history and research
- The relationship between Knowledge, Actions and Being
- The impact/impression on team members
- Potential and internal & external blockers to performance
- What are feelings, where do they come from?
- Beliefs - what they are and what impact do they have?
- The ability to respond to different events
- Tools to help manage state and mood
- The references that support beliefs
- Presence

Day 3 and 4 (4 to 6 weeks after days 1 and 2)
This part of the programme will focus on Awareness of Others and Influencing Others
The following areas will be explored:
- Sensory acuity
- Different levels of listening and language patterns.
- ‘Gut feelings’
- Empathy and seeing through others’ eyes.
- Pygmalion, how we label and judge others
- What destroys and builds trust
- Verbal & non-verbal signals.
- Rapport
- Authentic Leadership and truth
