Point 8 of a second was the winning margin of the British Men’s 8 at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. The crew’s result was only achieved by the creation of a high performance culture and this was only possible by pulling together a group of experts who could help the crew grow and develop. They had to challenge norms and beliefs and take full responsibility for their behaviours, actions attitudes and results.
